Review: Entangled by Nikki Jefford

Entangled (Spellbound #1)Entangled
Published by: Createspace

Release Date: February 20th 2012

( Barnes & Noble / Goodreads )

                         Summery:
Two months after dying, seventeen-year-old witch Graylee Perez wakes up in her twin sister Charlene’s body.

Until Gray finds a way back inside her own body, she’s stuck being Charlene every twenty-hour hours. Her sister has left precise instructions on how Gray should dress and behave. Looking like a prep isn’t half as bad as hanging out with Charlene’s snotty friends and gropey boyfriend.

The “normals” of McKinley High might be quick to write her behavior off as post-traumatic stress, but warlock Raj McKenna is the only person who suspects Gray has returned from the dead.

Now Gray has to solve the mystery of her death and resurrection and disentangle herself from Charlene’s body before she disappears for good.

                                                My Review:
Graylee and Charlene are identical twins witches but they are complete opposites and of course they don't get along all the time

Graylee is the down to earth, independent twin who has problems with her magic or so it seems. Charlene is the popular, boy-crazed, fashion obsessed twin. Complete opposites in every way apart from their looks. Unexpectedly Graylee dies, and after a Resurrection Spell goes wrong, Graylee wakes up in her twins sisters body sharing it every other day!

With the help of a sexy rogue warlock, Raj, Graylee sets out to fix the spell and get her body and life back! Can Raj and Graylee do it?

Loved the plot pretty crazy right? It was very entertaining to watch all struggles the twins had with each other. I laughed through out this book especially at the things the twins did to get back at each other, I also felt a little sorry for Char's body though all of it! This was a very entertaining, cute and fun read I loved it and will be picking up the second book hopefully soon!

Demonglass (Hex Hall, #2)
"The woman was Elizabeth, and with her soft gray hair and little round glasses, I thought she looked like someone's nana; but when I went to shake her hand, she yanked me to her and sniffed my hair.  Great.  Another werewolf."

Everbound (Everneath, #2)
(Everneath #2)
Author: Brodi Ashton
Release Date: January 22th 2013
Publisher: Balzer+Bray/HarperCollins

Nikki Beckett could only watch as her boyfriend, Jack, sacrificed himself to save her, taking her place in the Tunnels of the Everneath for eternity — a debt that should’ve been hers. She’s living a borrowed life, and she doesn’t know what to do with the guilt. And every night Jack appears in her dreams, lost and confused and wasting away.

Desperate for answers, Nikki turns to Cole, the immortal bad boy who wants to make her his queen — and the one person least likely to help. But his heart has been touched by everything about Nikki, and he agrees to assist her in the only way he can: by taking her to the Everneath himself.

Nikki and Cole descend into the Everneath, only to discover that their journey will be more difficult than they’d anticipated — and more deadly. But Nikki vows to stop at nothing to save Jack — even if it means making an incredible sacrifice of her own.

In this enthralling sequel to Everneath, Brodi Ashton tests the bonds of destiny and explores the lengths we’ll go to for the ones we love.

                                         My Teaser:
As she examined the bolt high in Christian's chest, she said, "If you were still human, I'd say your only chance with that injury is a damn good witch. How well could Christian heal these days? How fast? And how well could he fight once he was done? Because the vampire with the crossbow might have run for now, but he would be back, probably with reinforcements.
