                               Summery:
I don't do dangerous.  Smart, über-careful, ordinary Samantha-that's me. But I just couldn't pass up a surprise kiss from my number-one unattainable crush. A kiss that did something to me...something strange. Now I feel hungry all the time, but not for food. It's like part of me is missing-and I don't know if I can get it back.

Then there's Bishop. At first I thought he was just a street kid, but the secrets he's keeping are as intense as his unearthly blue eyes. If he's what I think he is, he may be the only one who can help me. But something terrifying is closing in, and the one chance Bishop and I have to stop it means losing everything I ever wanted and embracing the darkness inside me....

My Review: Samantha is not popular she's just a girl who has always blinded into the background then one night when Samantha and her friend Carly were partying at an all ages club her crush Stephen takes an interest in her and kisses her but what she didn't expect from the kiss was to become a gray a soulless supernatural being who can steal peoples souls by kissing them. But, soon after she meets Bishop an angel that was sent to kill grays and he's slowly going crazy but when Samantha touches him it returns his sanity and they find out that her being a gray isn't such a bad thing, because she's not an average gray she's special. And, she may just have what it takes to defeat the grays and source for good.

I loved Dark Kiss! The plot was awesome and very unique and the aspect of grays intreaged me I wanted to know all about them and what it meant for Samantha being turned into one. I really enjoyed seeing Bishop's angel and demon team (it was nice to see angels and demons on the same team for once) and all their efforts to rescue everyone from the grays. It was never an easy journey with all the problems that always seemed to come up but that's what made it so awesome. And the romance was of star crossed lovers, which made me enjoy it even more. I can't wait to see what kinds of twists and turns Bishop and Samantha's relationship takes in the sequels. I have to admit sometimes what happened was a little too predictable, but the shocking ending defentily made up for it.

Overall Dark Kiss is an amazing new start to an awesome new paranormal series I loved all the romance and mystery in it and I can't wait to see what happens next! I defiantly recommend picking this book up!!
